As your dedicated birth doula, I am committed to providing unwavering support throughout your labor and delivery experience, regardless of where you choose to welcome your little one - be it in the comfort of your own home, in a hospital or birth center. My comprehensive birth support package is not only affordable but also tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences.

This package encompasses two prenatal appointments, where we will discuss your birth plan, comfort measures, and any concerns you may have, ensuring you feel empowered and prepared for the journey ahead. 

Postpartum Support
Welcoming a new addition to your family is a joyous occasion, but it also comes with its own set of challenges. That's why I offer comprehensive postpartum support to help ease the transition into parenthood and ensure you have the assistance you need to thrive during this special time. Included in my birth package is one postpartum visit, where I will provide you with comforting sitz bath herbs and a nourishing hot meal, allowing you to focus on rest and recovery while I offer guidance and support.

Additionally, I will help coordinate a Meal Train for your family during the postpartum period, ensuring you have nourishing meals prepared with love and care.
